If the item you receive is damaged or incorrect:

If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival or the incorrect item, please notify us by email with seven (7) days of the receipt of your shipment. Please include a photo of the item along with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue and send your email to info@moderndesignobjects.com. We will issue you a return authorization (RA) with a pre-paid label to return the item. We will make every effort to replace your item as soon as possible. If that item is no longer in stock or is unavailable, we will credit you back in the same form of payment that you purchased your item. Items can also be returned to our store during business hours. Please note that the original item must be returned in order for you to receive your refund.

If the item you ordered does not meet your expectations:

If you would like to return the item you ordered because it does not meet your expectations, please email info@moderndesignobjects.com for a return authorization within fifteen (15) days of the arrival date of your order. We will issue you a return authorization (RA) number. Upon receipt of the item, we will credit your account the original purchase price (less shipping). The item must be in its original packaging and be in unused condition. Please note that the original item must be returned in order for you to receive your refund.

Please note that some items are unable to be returned which include furniture, special order items, and all apothecary and bath items and all international orders are considered a final sale unless the item received is the incorrect item or is damaged.

Please mark the return packaging, “Attention: Return Department.” The Return Authorization number must appear on the package. We will not be able to accept your return if it arrives to us  greater than thirty (30) days from the arrival date of your package to you or if it is not accompanied by a Return Authorization.
